Chakras are the energy centres in our bodies. They are like wheels spiralling flow of energy. We have over a hundred energy points in our bodies, most often we hear about the seven main Chakras.
These Chakras become sensitive to our emotions, beliefs and our environment. Certain beliefs, stresses, tragic events and environments that we put ourselves in on a daily basis may block up these Chakras, causing imbalances in our health, wellbeing and personalities.
When the energy is flowing freely through our bodies we are well mentally, physically and spiritually.
